PUT-IN-BAY CANCELLATION POLICY

1. The deposit to reserve and hold a room at the Bay Lodging Resort is 50% of the entire stay being booked. Deposits are due at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations must be made fifteen (15) days or more prior to date of arrival. All cancellations made fifteen (15) days or more prior to date of arrival are subject to $25.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations made inside of fifteen (15) days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
3. Groups with three (3) or more rooms must cancel three (3) weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee per room. All cancellations made inside of three (3) weeks of arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
4. Rooms cancelled inside of 22 days for groups, or inside of 15 days for individuals, are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
5. A fee of $40 will be charged for rooms left unreasonably messy and requiring extra cleaning. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the room and/or its contents.
