Failure to comply with hotel “Rules & Policies” will result in immediate eviction without refund

RESERVATIONS:  There is a 2 night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.

DEPOSIT:  A deposit of one nights stay per reserved unit is required to hold reservations.  Deposit must be made within 10 days after the reservation is made.  Final payment is made at the time of check-in.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:   Hotel rates are based on 2 person maximum occupancy.  Two-Bedroom Suite rates are based on a 4 person maximum occupancy.  Additional guests are subject to a per night fee and MUST be approved by management.  Additional guests without management’s approval are subject to $50.00 fine per person and/or eviction of entire party without refund.  Children under the age of 16 stay at no additional charge.

CANCELLATION:  all cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room reserved.  Cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival date will forfeit the deposit. 

NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This also applies to early departures.  Cancellation must be acknowledged with a cancellation number obtained from the office.

To ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay:   room parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Upon check-in a signed credit card receipt will be held on file as a security deposit.

Unregistered guests are not permitted in hotel rooms or to use pool!

Sorry, pets are strictly prohibited.

Smoking in a reserved non-smoking room or tampering with smoke detectors & other safety equipment will be subject to a $50.00 fine and/or eviction without refund. 

We have our own liquor license and according to Ohio State Revised code “No Beer or Intoxicating Liquor may be brought onto the hotel premises and consumed.”  Beer, Wine and cocktails are now sold at our pool side bar.  We ask that you abide by Ohio Liquor Control Board Rules.

Fresh towels are provided daily.

Parking Facilities:  We recommend that you leave your car on the mainland.  There is ample parking provided by both ferry lines.

Check-in:  4P.M. early check-in cannot be guaranteed!

Check-out:  10A.M.  late checkouts must be prearranged!
